More than 40 years in flowers
1982 - The Flower Man
Louise and Billy opened their first florist in Double Bay, Sydney. Over the next nine years, it flourished into Sydney’s pre-eminent florist, with thousands of loyal customers.
1991 - Flowers, Berries And Leaves
Moving to Victoria, Louise and Billy established a boutique woodland flower farm, growing cold-climate varieties rarely available in Sydney florists and expanding their knowledge of flowers from the ground up.
2004 - Mandalay Flowers
Louise and Billy returned to Sydney and opened Mandalay Flowers, bringing their deep knowledge of floristry, design expertise and passion for exceptional blooms back to Double Bay.
2026 - Today
From minimalist posies to grand celebrations, Mandalay Flowers continues to create beautiful arrangements with care, creativity and more than four decades of experience.
